If you were at the Masses that I celebrated this past weekend, you already know that it was a short homily. As it turns out it is the shortest Sunday homily that I have ever given, but just because it is short doesn't mean that it is bad (or good for that matter). What an example of faith and trust we had this past weekend with our father in faith Abraham. You know that we too are called to have this faith and trust in God as well, but so often we fail because we are afraid of what may happen. So, as you continue your Lenten journey make sure to continue to pray for the strength and courage to follow what Gods will is for you.
